The client needed to replace a fragmented property discovery process with a centralized digital platform. Existing solutions made it difficult for users to find relevant properties quickly, compare listings, communicate with agents, and keep track of saved properties. For real estate agents, managing listings and customer inquiries across different channels was time-consuming and made lead follow-up difficult. The main challenge was creating a platform that could provide a simple experience for property seekers while offering powerful tools for professional agents and administrators.

We designed and developed EstateHub as a complete real estate ecosystem with separate experiences for property seekers, agents, and administrators. The platform features advanced property search, smart filtering, interactive maps, property comparison, favorites, agent profiles, appointment scheduling, real-time notifications, and a comprehensive agent dashboard. A scalable backend architecture was implemented to support large property catalogs and high volumes of search activity. Image optimization and caching were also introduced to improve loading performance across web and mobile devices. The result is a faster and more organized property discovery experience that gives agents better visibility into their listings and leads.
