BiteGo — Food Ordering & Delivery App

The client wanted to create a food ordering platform that could provide a faster and more transparent experience than traditional phone and messaging-based orders. Customers needed an easier way to discover restaurants, customize meals, compare menus, and know exactly where their orders were after checkout. Restaurants also needed a centralized system for managing incoming orders, menu availability, promotions, and daily sales without relying on multiple communication channels. The final challenge was coordinating customers, restaurants, and delivery partners in real time while maintaining a reliable ordering and payment experience.

We designed and developed BiteGo as a multi-sided food delivery ecosystem with dedicated experiences for customers, restaurants, delivery partners, and administrators. The customer app provides restaurant discovery, location-based search, digital menus, meal customization, favorites, cart management, secure checkout, promo codes, and real-time order tracking. Restaurants receive a dedicated dashboard for managing menus, availability, incoming orders, preparation times, promotions, and sales analytics. Delivery partners can view available delivery requests, accept assignments, access navigation, and update order statuses throughout the delivery process. Real-time communication between all parties was implemented using WebSockets and push notifications, allowing customers to receive live updates from order confirmation through preparation, pickup, and final delivery.
